Jill and Joel Haimes are the co-owners of J & J Haimes, LLC. They are college sweethearts who met at Franklin & Marshall College and chose to turn their successful marriage into a successful business partnership.

Joel graduated from F&M with a BA in Government and his Secondary Education Certification. After 10 years in education, he decided to utilize his teaching experience in new ways. He joined a new company, Life Management Associates, whose goal was to assist companies in growing through the development of their employees. From there, he joined Jill at a local marketing firm.

Jill received her BA in Psychology from F&M and spent several years working in social services, specifically in the fields of mental retardation and housing. Eventually, she chose to change her career direction. She joined a Lancaster marketing firm, where she utilized her strength as a research analyst to enhance their existing customer and potential surveys. As the firm expanded into telemarketing and training inside salespeople for other companies, Jill saw the need for a teacher and recommended Joel who joined the firm as a partner.

In 1985, after working together at Visions, Jill and Joel decided to branch out together and form J & J Haimes LLC. The rest is history...

In their spare time, Jill is a voracious reader of mysteries and enjoys crossword puzzles in between chauffeuring their active children and Joel is immersed in his music and sports, especially, the Yankees. In 2004, he realized a dream when he recorded the updated version of "The Limbo Rock" with Chubby Checker.
