Jill Haimes

Jill Haimes - Owner

Jill Haimes founded J&J Haimes with her late husband Joel Haimes in 1985. The couple planned to run the business for just five years. Thirty years later, Jill is still hard at work, helping companies improve their marketing success. Jill currently wears multiple hats and is still very much involved in the day to day operations of the company.

When asked what she enjoys most about working at J&J Haimes, she says "The people. It's enjoyable watching people learn and grow. It's exciting when a young person comes in with raw talent, learns the skills and seeing where they end up in life. It's rewarding to be part of their lives, their marriages, their children, their ups and downs. Even with mature hires, it's fun to watch them learn new skills, like the computer and watch the older staff help the younger staff and vice versa. It's a wonderful atmosphere. My husband Joel always said we are 'an incubator for human potential' and I really believe that. Then there's the clients. Working with some of the same people for over ten years. It's always valuable to be more than a vendor. To be someone who makes a difference in their jobs and in their companies. To help them as an individual to 'look good'. I enjoy that a lot."

Both Jill and Joel started their careers in social services - Joel was a teacher and Jill worked in low income housing. Jill made the jump to business and industry first, taking a job with a market research company in Lancaster. She did research at F&M College with one of the psychology professors and worked as a psychometrist at Lancaster General Hospital. Both Jill and Joel graduated from F&M College, where they met.

Jill has 3 adult children and 2 dogs who come to work with her everyday. In her spare time she enjoys studying genealogy, reading mystery novels and traveling. She wants to make more time for travel in the near future. Jill also serves as the Scholarship Chairman for the Society of the Descendants of the Declaration of Independence.

Maureen Morrall

Maureen Morrall - Chief Administrative Officer

A veteran at J&J Haimes, Maureen has been with the company since 1993. Maureen is responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including tracking programs, maintaining records, quality assurance, program set-ups, writing and proofreading reports and much more.

Maureen most enjoys the variety of clients she works with and the various ways that clients utilize J&J Haimes services. She says "Each project is unique and creative. Working with each one to make it successful is exciting. Working with a small company, you really feel that your work makes an impact. Of course, our staff is a pretty special group and working with this team each day makes this a great place to work."

Prior to her work at J&J Haimes, Maureen took a job in customer service after graduating from Shippensburg University with a BSBA in Marketing. She also minored in Psychology.

Maureen and her husband Chris have two children and a yellow lab that keep them very busy outside of work. Her yellow lab is sisters with Jill Haimes' yellow lab.

Reyna Danielle Merrifield

Reyna Danielle Merrifield - Project Manager

Reyna has worked at J&J Haimes since 2008. She serves as the project manager for most of the company's lead generation projects. She also works on several lead generation projects on her own and fills in on the inside sales team for Implus & Sof Sol shoe care. Her favorite part of her job is doing something different everyday. She says "I have learned so many aspects of many industries and how different companies operate. I have formed many lasting relationships with the sales reps I work for."

Prior to joining J&J Haimes, Reyna was an inside sales rep for HDI in Lancaster, PA. She has always worked in sales and has 16 years of experience in direct sales. Reyna has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bloomsburg State and a Masters in Business from Penn State University.

Reyna and her husband Jack have two children. Her daughter Morgan lives in Manhattan working in digital advertising and is getting married this summer. Her son Mark graduated from the University of Missouri and has moved home. He is currently working for 84 Lumber in a sales training program. In her spare time Reyna loves spending time with her family, Votto her black lab and listening to music on her deck. She also loves to shop and can always be found in a store!


Cari Haimes - Division Manager

Cari was recruited to work full-time after she graduated from Bucknell University in 2005 with a Bachelor's degree. Her assignments included conducting business to business mystery shopping and acting as the lead person on an inbound customer service program servicing consumers for a top client. Her designated job title was "Information Manager" as she was held responsible for all of the various program statistics, reports and databases.

While working full-time with J & J Haimes, Cari interned for an event company which planned, designed, coordinated, and executed weddings and special occasions to provide a worry-free and seamless event. Her passion for Event Planning led to a departure from J & J Haimes for two years when she worked as the Sales Manager for a Lancaster hotel securing new catering accounts and performing every step of the event process including meeting prospective clients, developing initial proposals, conducting site visits, writing contracts, detailing banquet event orders, and overseeing client functions to ensure customer satisfaction.

In 2016, Cari was again recruited to become the Division Manager of one of our key clients where she is responsible for making sure all of that client's inbound customer service programs run smoothly as well as managing their outbound research program and any other project which comes her way.

In her spare time, Cari entertains herself with her two cats, Milo and Gigi, completes wonderful craft projects, and is very knowledgeable about the burgeoning craft beef market. She also serves on the Scholarship Committee of the Society of the Descendants of the Signers of the Declaration of Independence and has volunteered with the Humane League of Lancaster County.

Nanette Sherrard

Nanette Sherrard - Associate

Nanette has worked for J&J Haimes since 1997 and currently handles lead generation for a variety of clients including International Paper. Nanette most enjoys the relationships she has with reps and clients. "I enjoy talking with prospective customers about everything - the whole process, what they need, what they do, who they are. I like talking and I like to listen, that's real important," says Nanette.

Prior to her work at J&J Haimes, Nanette attended the University of Akron, Millersville University and Baltimore School of Massage. She also worked as an assistant for an optometrist and in outside sales.

Nanette has one daughter who is married and lives in Florida. She is the grandmother of 2 dogs and a cat, and has one very aged and spoiled cat of her own. She and her partner, Jay Stoltzfus, especially enjoy traveling the world – the highlights include Napal, Hong Kong, Bali, Italy, and Ireland. She is also an avid runner, having completed several marathons and half-marathons, including the Dublin Marathon in 2012. Nanette practices and teaches yoga on a regular basis and is a certified Massage Therapist.



Lucy joined J & J Haimes in 2005 and immediately became an intrinsic part of the Human Relations department committee. With her laid back attitude and ability to "go with the flow", Lucy does have her favorites in the office, generally those who ply her favor with treats and belly rubs. Lucy likes long afternoon naps and strolls around the office.


Zoey is a newer contributor to the team, having joined us in 2014. She is a mini-GoldenDoodle and attracts plenty of attention with her adorable face and disposition. Zoey does her best to provide office security, but is easily frightened by small children and UPS men.
